What Voxara Is and Is Not
Voxara is a student-led volunteer platform that connects volunteers with communities that need them across six programs: Together in Tune (music), Game Day (sports), Tech Bridge (technology help), Bright Minds (tutoring), Launchpad (internships), and Discovery Lab (research). Voxara is not a medical, therapy, or healthcare provider and makes no health claims about its sessions. Sessions are volunteer-led social visits, not a substitute for professional care.
Using Voxara
By using the Voxara website, you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate information when you join and keep your account details current. You agree to treat other users with respect and follow the Community Standards.
Sessions and Scheduling
Volunteers and hosts use Voxara to find each other, message, and schedule sessions. Submitting a message or scheduling proposal does not guarantee a session. Both sides must confirm the details before a session takes place.
Liability
Voxara is not a licensed medical provider. Our sessions are volunteer-led social visits and are not a substitute for professional medical care. Participation is voluntary. Voxara is not liable for what happens during a visit. Volunteers and hosts are responsible for their own safety, conduct, and any host-required documents.
What Voxara Is Not
Voxara is not a nonprofit, an employer, or an accredited educational institution. Voxara does not offer school credit, guarantee employment, or provide professional licensing. Service hours are confirmed by the host organization, not verified by Voxara. Volunteers are not professionals and should not provide medical, therapy, or healthcare services. Certificates document confirmed hours only and do not imply accreditation or nonprofit status.
Your Data
You own your information. You can delete your uploaded documents at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and data through the Contact page. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Voxara after a change means you accept the updated terms.
